that’s a very good HO railroad, with the lighting and backdrop it looks quite realistic. when i had an HO set when i was around 3 years old, i remember the trains constantly derailing for some reason :p

Where can i get those crossings with bell sound, gates(going up and down),and flashing crossing?
Comment by bigtrainrocks — June 13, 2008 @ 1:27 pm
what crossing gates are those?
Comment by TWphoenix24 — July 9, 2008 @ 9:57 am
NJI Products makes those in HO & N Scale. Most train stores carry them or ebay “Crossing Signals” and you should get at least one type. The gates are lowered probably with a Tortus slow motion switcher, which can be used to lower the gates rather than change a switch. If that doesn’t help, contact me for more info! FYI – I’m only guessing that is how he did it, as it’s standard in the industry how to do it the easy way.

Excellent. Top notch, realistic scenery. A+ on the crossing gates and signal cantilever tower. This looks like an Amtrak eastern LD train (The Crescent?) during the era when David Gunn was president when Amtrak was hauling express equipment.

Comment by theF40PH — December 16, 2009 @ 11:43 pm
Nice and realistic. Maybe a few too many consist add-ons behind the passenger cars. Helps in the realism, but a few too many add-ons.
Comment by JIMBOSKI58 — December 21, 2009 @ 2:41 pm
