There is an on-line forum. Soon after the New York (city) Toy Fair in February, they post photos of their items they hope to release later that year. Thus you can see that they are definitely in business because they are planning for Christmastime. Also, just as is usual on forums, you can exchange ideas and questions with the other users, And, if you want an official company answer, if your post calls on the "Bach-mann," and is pertinent, there will be an official answer in a few days. So you can ask there, too, and get any extra assurances about what is going on. Oh yes!
