this layout has since been destroyed by the folks at Phipps. No longer exists.

no reason has ever been given. members of our group (we were the builders) would stop for maintenance and to make sure things were working the way they were supposed to. One day a member stopped to check things out and the layout (25×50) looked like it had been bulldozed. He took photos and that’s all we know.
