Haven’t seen any LGB snow action on here. I’m sure U got something better than this!

Well, it is real. It’s just real small
The natural elements make garden railroading so appealing to me.

Again – no sound – I do like the half light effect and the wall lamp.

I enjoy my HO trains (mainly because I can’t afford G-scale right now) but I gotta admit, I’d love to be able to run a train in some inclimate weather! You’ll never see an HO train doing this type of thing! I’ve read about some guys that put RC car batteries in a car behind the loco that is sealed so they can run in the rain. What about you? Do you use the battery idea or track power?
Comment by pwhite73 — July 4, 2007 @ 4:08 am
Both… Depending on the time I have. The video is done with track power. But I also use livesteam which is radio-controlled, too. However, I haven’t got the right gas-mixture of Butane/Propane for temperatures below 0. With 70/30 it stays liquid when the tank is realtively full. I will need to get a mixture with a higher percentage of Propane.

Wow! That’s pretty cool! I gotta admit, I haven’t heard of anyone using the livesteam. That sounds really cool though! Adds a certain level of realism I’m sure! Thanks for the info!
Take care.

What scale is it? Looks to small for H0.
Is it G scale?
Comment by yaesuvx7 — December 16, 2007 @ 12:00 pm
Plain G Scale (LGB).

Next Time, Try And Record Your Layout Later In The Morning So That It Isn’t As Dark. Then People Can Appreciate It Even More Because They Can See Clearly Where Everything Is.
Still, I Really Like Your Layout. Enjoy The Hobby.
